As the wheel turns.

It seems like I've been here before. Each cycle brings me closer to me goals and then I relapse again. Is this normal? Or some sort of self destructive cycle?

Am trying something a little different this time. Slow and steady. I know what to do, but now is not the time for knowing. Knowledge is only useful if it's acted upon. So that's what I'm doing. Every two weeks I am picking up a new habit or goal. Two weeks ago, I gave up one bad habit. I have been very successful so far. So today I am picking up the second habit. Starting tomorrow. I am going to drink 10 or more glasses of water a day.

Next goal will be the 500 word goal from last year. See you soon maybe.
